Coupon codes (also known as Promotional Codes, Discount Codes, and Offer Codes) are alphanumeric codes that customers can enter during the checkout process to save money on an order.

We display and give out Coupon Codes whenever we are running a promotion.

Also, if you are a regular Shopper, it will be applied automatically at Checkout or shared with you via your registered email.

Simply Sign in, Go to Orders, find the Order you wish to get a refund, click Refund and fill in all the necessary information and click Submit Request.

If you cannot find the item you are looking for, do not worry. Shop Cadiel was founded to be your “One-Stop, Quick Shop”. 

Go to Menu, click the “Request an Item” button and provide the details of the item that you are looking for, with the URL and we will make it available for you in the blink of an eye.

Go to Menu, click “MY ACCOUNT”, and click “Wishlist”. All your saved items are there.

Pick two items and compare them side-by-side.

Go to Menu, click “MY ACCOUNT”, click “Addresses”, select “Edit/Add”, fill in the new address and save.

On the item you are interested in, click the forward arrow sign, click the “Get notified when the product will be back in stock”, and fill in the information required, we will notify you and deliver it to you immediately after the product is restocked.

Items ordered online can be returned at any Cadiel warehouse, or you can initiate a return by simply signing into your accounts, go to Orders, find the Order you wish to get a refund, click Refund and fill in all the necessary information and click Submit Request.
Once done, chat with our online agent with the Order ID and your location, we will furnish you with the nearest location for you to drop off the product.

Returns are processed in 10-14 business days and refunds can be expected 5-7 business days after processing.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

We do our best to ensure it is credited instantly. However, it is dependent on the queue, be rest assured that we will credit your account within 14 business days max. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.

We will refund your purchase price or allow merchandise exchange or give store credit, with

the following exceptions:

1. Items must be in their original packaging

2. No refunds on certain items e.g. lingerie for hygiene issues

3. No refunds for discounted items.

4. No refunds without proof of purchase.

5. Products with original serial numbers removed, altered and cannot be readily determined are not eligible for a return.

6. Damage caused by handling, including scratches, dents, chips, and/or any damage to the exterior of the item. Products that falls under this category are not eligible for a return.

7. Damage or failure caused by incorrect electrical current or voltage, fluctuations or surges. Products that falls under this category are not eligible for a return.

8. Applications and use which this product was not intended to as stated on the manual of the product. Products that falls under this category are not eligible for a return.

9. Accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplication, fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature. Products that falls under this category are not be eligible for a return.

10. If a product is damaged or there is a failure caused by improper or faulty installation, product alteration or modification, such a product is not be eligible for a return.

11. We will not accept a product that is tampered, opened, serviced or used.

12. Items more than 15 days after purchase is not be eligible for a return.

13. We handle all our products with care, we go the extra length of confirming all products before packing and the pictures of each products taken before shipping for record purposes. Items to be returned, if the pictures sent is different from what we have in our records, it will not be eligible for a return.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

Items not listed can be pre-ordered and delivered in days.

Click the Menu, then click BULK ORDERS. You’ll be required to log in or create an account if you don’t have one already. Create an account and select your category ( B2B Users, Resellers, Souvenir Shoppers, Corporate Gift Shoppers, or Others).
Once you’re logged in, click the Bulk Order link on your dashboard, and you would be redirected to the Bulk Order page. Here the list of items in the shop is displayed, you can search for an item by using the search field and typing the item name or scrolling through the list.

All items in Bulk Order are sold at wholesale prices.

In Bulk Order, you can use the Conversation link to chat, to request any special item not listed, or any other need like customization, etc.

We try to simplify the buying process because we know how busy you are.

Quick Orders are a quick way for you to add items to your cart without clicking on each item.
If you are a Bulk buyer or a repeat buyer and you know the items and their respective SKUs. Simply click to upload a 2-column CSV file with the SKU and Quantity. It will be automatically added to the cart in seconds for quick checkout.

The form will accept a CSV file that has SKU numbers on the first column, and quantity on the second column. Create a CSV file and label the first column SKU and then label the second column Quantity. You then enter the data into their respective columns and save it as CSV. Click the CHOOSE FILE button and select the CSV file, then click ADD TO CART. The file will be parsed and checked if the first item in a row is a valid SKU and if not, it will ignore that row. Once all items are parsed they will be automatically added to your cart.

SKU stands for “Stock Keeping Unit” and — as the name suggests — it is a unique number assigned to each product.
You can find SKU beside each product (Eg. CAD00051).

Go to “MY ACCOUNT”, click “ORDERS”, find the Order you want to track, and click “ORDER MESSAGE” to view live updates of the shipping status.

You can also click/hover “TRACK” to view the Estimated Time of Arrival and your Code.
